Our story began with a simple ambition: make international quality shoes affordable. Today, that spirit lives on across yarn dyeing, plastics and packaging, and shrimp hatchery operations.
Our Story
The journey began in 1978 with regular and sports sneakers. Our late founder, Mr. Abul Kashem, wanted to make international quality shoes affordable for the average consumer. With his sons, he expanded the business into plastics, textiles and shrimp. Three generations have helped carry that entrepreneurial spirit forward.
A Lasting Partnership
Baly’s experience spans product development, technology, molds and manufacturing processes. Relationships with customers, suppliers and financial institutions support the group’s work across its industries.

Managing Director
Oversees Baly Plastic Industry & Integrated Solutions. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston, Texas, and focuses on more sustainable manufacturing.
Md. Wahiduzzaman
Director
Oversees Baly Shrimp Hatchery and the group’s financial activities. He graduated in Business Administration from North South University, Bangladesh.
